Saunier boilers offers support

Saunier boilers makes a wide range of products, targeting the homeowner who wants to keep their house heated and their energy prices down. Of course, if you are going to be buying a new boiler than you probably aren’t a boiler engineer. Sometimes it can be frightening to see the engineer who is installing the boiler leave, as you realise you are on your own looking after your boiler. Although you might get it regularly serviced, and have a good model that will hopefully not break down instantly, incidences can happen.

Saunier, like a number of boiler manufacturers, therefore provide some help and support in case things do go wrong. Their website has a number of frequently asked questions and clear answers to help you with some problems or queries you might have. It might not be a problem, of course, just a general question. Sometimes a light blinks on that hasn’t blinked on before, and although there is nothing wrong you just want to know what it means.

Saunier also answers questions about building regulations and how to get the most from your boiler. And if there are any major problems, they offer a service plan to help you to get it resolved as quickly as possible. This is something that many manufacturers are now doing, and some can be extremely reliable and helpful.

Others might not be so helpful, so you need to do your research to see whether your soon-to-be boiler manufacturer is good at keeping their word when it comes to after sale service.
